IntimateToysUAE · Customer care
Simple terms for a private store.
This store sells to adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that the delivery address is inside the United Arab Emirates.
All prices are shown in AED. Eligible orders are paid in cash on delivery, which is confirmed with you over WhatsApp before dispatch. If a price or an availability figure changes before your order is confirmed, we tell you before dispatching.
An order is placed when you complete checkout, and it is confirmed once our team has verified it with you on WhatsApp. Until then, either of us may cancel. We may decline an order if an item has gone out of stock or the delivery address cannot be served.
Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees, because they depend on the courier. The window we state and the free-delivery threshold are set out on our shipping page.
The text, images, and descriptions here are provided for information. Product details such as material and size are stated as the supplier specifies them. If a listing looks wrong to you, tell us and we will check it against the product.
You are welcome to browse and to link to these pages. The text and images on the store belong to it, and are not to be copied into another store's listings.
These terms may be updated as the store changes. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
