That covers every order, regardless of what is in it. There is no separate "discreet" product line and nothing to request — it is the default for everything we send.

Confirmation happens by WhatsApp first

Every order gets confirmed by WhatsApp before it leaves. This is unusual and worth explaining, because the reason is practical rather than ceremonial.

It gives you a chance to:

• Check the delivery address before anything ships
• Ask about anything you were unsure about after ordering
• Confirm cash on delivery and the amount due
• Confirm an emirate-specific delivery window

A reachable phone number and a complete address are what we need for that step. Anything in doubt gets sorted before dispatch rather than after.

Realistic delivery times

Delivery across the UAE takes one to five days, depending on the courier and how far your emirate sits from dispatch.

Two things worth planning around:

• Couriers do not deliver on Sundays. A Saturday order may not move until Monday, which catches people out regularly
• Dubai tends to sit at the faster end; Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah typically at the longer end

Shipping cost and the AED 150 threshold

Orders of AED 150 or more ship free. Below that threshold, we quote the delivery charge when we confirm your order on WhatsApp — so you know the figure before committing to anything, rather than discovering it at the door.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for eligible UAE destinations and is confirmed at the WhatsApp stage before dispatch.

Practically:

• Nothing appears on a card statement, because there is no card charge
• Have the amount ready — our team confirms what is due when they message
• It suits anyone sharing a bank account or card with someone else, which is a common reason people ask for it

Ordering within the UAE only

We currently deliver only within the UAE. If you are ordering from elsewhere, we are not able to ship to you at the moment.

A few things that make collection easier

Small, practical details that customers mention afterwards:

• Use an address where someone will be present, or confirm a time window when we message
• A work address suits plenty of people — nothing about the parcel identifies what is inside
• Check your phone number is correct, since it is how we reach you
• If you are not available when the courier arrives, they reschedule in the usual way
