Condoms in the UAE | Delay, Textured and Ultra Thin

What each type is for

• Ultra thin. Thinner material, so less is felt between you. The trade is that thin condoms are less forgiving of oil-based lubricant or a badly fitting size.
• Textured. A surface pattern on the outside, for the receiving partner. What the pattern does is a matter of preference, not of design intent.
• Delay. Contains a desensitising agent on the inside surface. This is the one where reading the packet matters most, because the agent and its concentration decide how strong the effect is.

What we will not say about delay condoms

We are not going to describe them as a solution to anything, and we have not written a duration or a percentage. That kind of claim is not something a shop page should be making, and the packaging is the only reliable source for what is in them and how much.

Fit and lubricant

Size matters more on a thin condom than a standard one. Where a listing prints a nominal width it is on the product page; where it does not, ask.

Use water-based lubricant only. Oil-based products degrade latex, and several condoms in this range are latex. This is not a preference — it is the difference between a barrier that works and one that fails.

Storage

Keep them in the box, away from heat, sunlight and a wallet. A condom that has spent a year in a car or a back pocket is not the same object as one from a fresh box. Check the expiry date on the packet rather than trusting the shelf.

Buying in the UAE

Plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside describing the contents, and no shop name on the label. Delivery is free from AED 150 and takes one to five days across the UAE; cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and confirmed over WhatsApp before dispatch. Three boxes of condoms are light enough that the parcel arrives as a small padded envelope rather than a box, which is worth knowing if someone else collects the post.
