Discreet delivery, clearly explained.
We deliver inside the United Arab Emirates only — all seven emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Orders cannot currently be shipped outside the UAE.
Every order leaves in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside describes what is inside, and the parcel carries no store logo and no product name.
Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, we confirm each one on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. That message is also where the address is checked and where any delivery charge for a basket below the free-delivery threshold is quoted.
Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp, then dispatched. From dispatch, parcels usually arrive within 1–5 days depending on the courier, and couriers do not deliver on Sundays.
Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 or more, which is also the minimum order amount. A basket below that is quoted its delivery charge when we confirm the order on WhatsApp, so the figure is always agreed before you pay.
The courier hands the parcel to you, or to whoever is at the address when they arrive. Because the box is plain, it makes no difference who receives it — nothing on the outside says what is inside or where it came from.
If the courier cannot reach you they will normally try again or call the number on the order. If a parcel is delayed, or you need to change the address, message our team on WhatsApp at +86 159 7115 6472 with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
