Motion, not mode count, is what separates these. A sleeve with ten vibration frequencies and one with three motions do different jobs; the plain sleeve is cheaper and simpler, the three-motion units cost more and need charging more often.
Price tracks mechanics, with one exception. Vibration sits at the bottom because it is the least mechanical thing here. The torso at AED 550 is not the most feature-heavy — it is the heaviest, which is a different reason to pay. Between AED 420 and AED 440 the gap is control style rather than capability: both offer three motions, one on buttons, one on a gamepad.
Two different mechanisms sit under this heading. Some of these thrust — a shaft that extends and retracts. Some vibrate only. One does both, with separate controls. Reading which one a model does is the first decision, because they do not feel alike.
A handheld device is limited by your wrist. A weighted one is limited by where you can put it. Neither is better, but people buy the wrong one because the listings do not always lead with the weight. Check it before you choose.
